The standard you walk past is the standard you accept

That's one of the great catch phrases of Rio Tinto but does it hold true? If you are a Rio Tinto employee reading this right now, walking past us outside your office, will you carry on your day and ignore the way your leaders are treating us? Will you accept that families and children of employees can be exposed to Asbestos and physically, emotionally and mentally harmed?

Or will you stand up and ask why our family who were also employees just like you are being deliberately ignored, harmed and being forced to stand outside the Rio Tinto office just to try to have a conversation and get our family the answers and resolution we deserve.

Your leaders make you sign and agree to the Rio Tinto Code of Conduct among the numerous other policies and would be more than happy to take disciplinary action if you even thought to step out of line yet they have broken more sections of their own Codes, Policies and even the law without a second thought.

We aren't fans of double standards, are you? Doesn't seem fair that they don't live up to the same standards that they demand of the rest of their employees.

We know what action we are taking, what will you choose?
